Job description
Regency at Westland is seeking a Director of Admissions to drive census by building strong relationships with hospitals, physician groups, insurers and community organizations. You will oversee pre-admission, admission, discharge and follow-up processes and coordinate with clinical teams to meet resident needs.
Responsibilities include developing sales/marketing plans for key accounts, presenting metrics to leadership, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
