Job description
Hayward Post Acute in Hayward, CA is seeking an Admissions Director to oversee referrals, admissions, and the sales program for the center. The role drives census goals by coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and referral sources, ensuring exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to admission.
You will manage tours, inquiries, and approval processes, while leading the admissions team and maintaining accurate patient data in PCC.
