Job description
PJT Partners seeks an Associate/VP to join the Strategic Advisory group in New York. You will evaluate and structure M&A and other strategic transactions, and lead due diligence, valuation analyses, and contract negotiations with senior management and clients.
You will analyze financial data, research targeted industries, develop quantitative models, and prepare written evaluations for PJT Partners leadership and external clients.
