Job description
The Laramar Group LLC in Newport News, VA is seeking a Multifamily Portfolio Operations Partner to join our affordable housing team. You will work with Community Managers to optimize financial and operational performance across an assigned portfolio and support month-end close, reporting, and compliance processes.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in affordable housing property management, knowledge of LIHTC/HUD/Section 8, and proficiency with Yardi, Entrata or RealPage plus advanced Excel.
