Job description
Listen Labs, the world's fastest AI research platform, is hiring a Strategic Engagement Manager to guide customers from onboarding through adoption and growth. You will be the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts and partner with sales to identify expansion opportunities.
You’ll collect customer feedback and work closely with product and engineering to shape our roadmap, developing scalable customer success playbooks while thriving in a fast-paced office-based role in San Francisco.
