Job description
Actifai seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to support pilot and rollout clients across enterprise and SMB accounts. You will act as the primary client contact, leading implementations, performing analyses, and managing rollout with a focus on upsell opportunities.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, ML, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure projects meet scope and schedule while delivering measurable value to clients.
