Job description
Bank of America is seeking a Strategy & Initiatives Manager to shape and drive global sales performance reporting, advanced analytics, and performance measurement. You will partner across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology and regional teams to reconcile data and deliver centralized reporting while influencing senior leaders.
The role requires 10+ years in analytics, strong quantitative skills, and proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel.
