Job description
Stonhard is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to lead AR across the U.S. and improve cash conversion, reduce DSO, and strengthen working capital performance. You will own processes, training, and metrics while guiding a cross-functional team through collections and billing activities.
In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with Sales, Project Management, and Finance, drive standard procedures, and oversee implementation of AR tech like HighRadius and Levelset to optimize cash flow.
