Job description
H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and disciplined execution. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and own office readiness, staffing, and compliance across locations.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with in-office presence, set clear expectations, and translate data into actions that improve client outcomes and business results.
