Kwaan Bear Technology (KBITS) seeks a seasoned Senior Army Budget and Financial Management Lead to manage budget formulation, execution, analysis, and reconciliation for a prospective Army cyber program at Fort Belvoir. You will connect funding decisions with acquisition, technical delivery, and mission priorities.
The role requires deep expertise in army/federal budgeting, finance processes, and familiarity with tools like GFEBS, CCaR, cPROBE, ADVANA, and Power BI.
