Job description
Sage Ventures, LLC is seeking aDirector of Asset Management to lead the asset management function for a multifamily portfolio. The role focuses on strategic oversight of asset performance, financial analysis, capital planning, and alignment with business plans to maximize value and operational outcomes.
The position partners with Executive Leadership, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to assess portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actionable plans.
