Job description
Turner & Townsend in Denver seeks an Associate Director - Cost Management / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on complex projects and programs. You will maintain strong client relationships, mentor teams, and promote best practices across the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in cost management within construction, with a QS accreditation (RICS or equivalent) and exceptional communication skills.
