Job description
HR Legacy Commercial seeks an Associate Director of Housing Operations & Compliance to oversee property operations, regulatory compliance, procurement, and vendor management across its affordable housing portfolio in Chicago. You will drive occupancy, audits readiness, and performance reporting while coordinating with property teams and leadership.
Responsibilities include supervising site teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 requirements.
