Job description
NAPA is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Under Hood category in the Raleigh area. You will expand Under Hood product sales across distribution levels, promote category initiatives, and train store teams on programs and promotions.
You will partner with Regional Sales Manager and TMOD teams to ensure store readiness and optimal inventory levels while achieving territory sales quotas and driving growth opportunities. Travel and field activity are core parts of the role.
