Job description
The Rutgers University Foundation is seeking an Assistant Vice President to operationalize initiatives aimed at enhancing fundraising effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic leadership background, capable of improving organizational efficiency and leading cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires collaboration with both Foundation and University leadership to advance the strategic use of data and technology.
