Job description
Arch Insurance Group Inc. in New Jersey seeks an Assistant Vice President for Energy & Excess Casualty Claims to drive strategy, lead complex claims teams, and align with underwriting, risk management and actuarial goals.
You will guide loss cost management, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage staff with succession planning. Travel up to 15% and a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) are expected; Bachelor’s or JD preferred, with a 145k–198k annual base salary and comprehensive benefits.
