Job description
Union-Bank-of-Michigan is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the President/CEO and Board, driving financial strategy, planning, and performance management to ensure safety, soundness, and growth. The CFO will oversee accounting, ALM, treasury, capital planning, and regulatory compliance, delivering insights to support strategic decisions.
Responsibilities include leadership of budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management, along with executive-level reporting to the Board.
