Job description
SPS is seeking an Account Director based on site in New York City to lead a major banking/financial services account across multiple locations. You will manage client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure service delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Travel up to 50% to support locations.
You will partner with SPS sales and internal teams, oversee operations, and report to senior leadership, shaping the client’s strategic outcomes and growth opportunities.
