Job description
Swift Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Lead in San Clemente, CA, to identify and leverage strategic business opportunities. The ideal candidate will support both domestic and international business initiatives, focusing on aerospace advancements and unmanned systems.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong writing and presentation skills are essential as you'll be creating proposals and collaborating across teams to drive growth. A pay range of $110,000 - $135,000 per year is offered.
