Job description
The Hilb Group in Richmond, VA is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our hybrid team. You will serve as a benefits expert for client management, plan design, and financials, supporting renewal processes and vendor negotiations.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of benefits account management experience, a Life and Health Insurance license (or willing to obtain within 6 months), and strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
