Job description
MetLife is seeking a Client Service Consultant after a four-month training program within the Group Benefits team. You will provide administrative and client service support to MetLife group insurance customers, helping with inquiries and service delivery across life, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits.
You will collaborate with customers, brokers, and partners, grow product knowledge, and contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
