Job description
Bethany Children’s Health Center in Bethany, Oklahoma seeks a Benefits and Leave Specialist to manage day-to-day benefits, leave administration, and ACA compliance. The role interfaces with employees, management, and vendors to ensure accurate enrollment, timely leave processing, and compliance with ERISA, HIPAA and related laws.
The position supports the HR team in general HR duties, open enrollment, COBRA, and 401(k) administration, while maintaining accuracy and compassionate service.
