Job description
The EGC Group in Melville, NY is seeking a full-time Creative Strategy Director to shape brand strategy and craft compelling narratives. You’ll work closely with the VP Creative Director to set strategic foundations for brands and campaigns, with roughly 70% strategy and 30% copywriting, and present to client stakeholders.
You’ll lead discovery, messaging, and creative briefs, collaborate across teams, and explore AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency while preserving human creativity.
