Job description
UVA Health is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, growth initiatives, and integrated campaigns across UVA Health, Community Health, and the Manning Institute of Biotechnology. The role partners with clinical and administrative leaders to elevate brand equity and ROI.
The incumbent will manage a team, align enterprise marketing priorities with local market needs, and guide performance analytics to optimize campaigns and awareness in Northern Virginia.
