Job description
Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive sales for Fluid Power and Component Groups across the NAFTA region. You will lead a team to maximize opportunities and achieve targets by developing strong OEM, distribution, and end-user relationships.
The role includes creating annual business plans, managing CRM opportunities, and collaborating with engineering and leadership on strategic growth initiatives. Travel is required, including international travel, approx. 30%.
