Job description
Row New York seeks a Director of Capital Campaign to lead a $20-30 million capital campaign, building infrastructure to double program impact and fund a community boathouse. The role develops strategy, coaches the development team, and partners with the Board and Leadership Council to drive fundraising success.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in major gifts and capital campaigns, with a proven record of closing six- to seven-figure gifts and managing campaign budgets.
