Job description
Pagaya in New York, NY seeks a Senior Lead/Director to shape and execute the Capital Markets strategy, bridging investor strategy, rating agency execution, analytics, and enterprise funding diversification. You will own cross-asset initiatives turning high-priority objectives into structured, measurable outcomes.
You will lead cross-functional projects across Risk, Finance, Legal, Tech, and Operations, driving institutional preparedness and strong relationships with banks and investors.
