Job description
QinetiQ US seeks a Capture Manager with a proven record of leading complex deals and securing large contracts in the government space. You will drive all stages from qualification through submission, coordinating with line, BD, contracts, pricing, and leadership to shape winning proposals.
The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and requires deep knowledge of FAR, multi-phase capture frameworks, and a collaborative, fast-paced approach to growth across the enterprise.
