Job description
VTG Defense in Virginia Beach is seeking a Capture Manager to lead win strategies, develop capture plans, and coordinate with BD/Sales and Proposal teams to pursue new business opportunities in the DoD space.
You will build internal and external relationships, manage timelines, perform SWOT analyses, and guide pricing, teaming, and contract structures to position opportunities for success.
