Job description
Keel Midwest is seeking a Capture Manager to lead pursuit efforts for new or re‑compete contracts. You will develop capture strategies, identify potential customers, perform competitive assessments, and coordinate proposals and bid activities with internal teams and suppliers.
This role requires deep program management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to translate requirements into winning technical and commercial proposals.
