Job description
CATHOLIC COMMUNITY SERVICES OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to guide financial leadership and sustainability for a $15M+ nonprofit. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to manage accounting, grants, Medicaid, and comprehensive budgeting across diverse funding sources.
Ideal candidates have 12–15+ years in nonprofit finance, CPA, and a proven ability to lead complex financial operations, with a focus on accountability and impact.
