Job description
Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced CFO for an established food and consumer products manufacturer in the Greater Sacramento area. You will report to the CEO and lead a scalable finance function to support national expansion.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong FP&A, accounting, and capital allocation experience, with responsibility for ERP optimization and strategic partnerships with sales, operations, and supply chain.
