Job description
NOW CFO is conducting a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly growing heavy civil construction company. The role is based in Prineville, Oregon, with relocation or hybrid options and regular travel to Gilbert, Arizona.
Base compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. The CFO will partner with the CEO and COO to scale the business, lead capital strategy, and manage risk.
