Job description
LeoForce, a respected Maryland/DC law firm, seeks a Controller or CFO to lead accounting and financial operations. This role offers hands-on leadership and partnership with firm leadership to drive reporting, cash management, trust accounting, FP&A and internal controls.
You will oversee accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and the Accounting Department, while developing dashboards and KPIs to support growth and strategic decisions.
