Job description
Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC) is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to guide financial strategy and operations amid growth. The CFO will partner with the CEO and SLT, drive data-driven decision-making, and modernize legacy systems with NetSuite, Paycom, and Power BI.
The role oversees a ~$34M revenue mix with Medicaid and private pay, plus ~$3M in philanthropy; requires building scalable financial processes and strong leadership of 10 finance staff.
