Job description
Villa of Hope seeks a strategic Chief Finance & Operations Officer to guide finance, facilities operations, and information technology, aligning with the Sanctuary Model, DEIB, and the agency’s mission. You will partner with the President/CEO and ELT to deliver fiscally responsible programs that advance behavioral health services.
This role requires deep nonprofit accounting knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
