Job description
University System of Maryland Advancement Consortium seeks an experienced Change Management Lead to guide adoption of a Salesforce CRM across eleven USM institutions. You will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness to ensure a successful transition from the legacy CRM to Salesforce.
The role requires strong change-management expertise, enterprise system experience, and the ability to collaborate with executives, campus leaders, and project teams.
