Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management & Customer Liaison Lead to join our team in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on managing large military service contracts through strategic communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate has extensive DoD experience, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a proven track record leading organizational change initiatives within a government context.
