Sprezzatura seeks an experienced Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to drive change activities for a modernized financial and budget application for a federal client. This hands-on role develops communications, training materials, and readiness deliverables while coordinating with business and technical teams.
The candidate will lead stakeholder assessments, translate findings into change actions, and ensure adoption readiness across the program.
