Job description
Grant Thornton seeks an accomplished Manager in Workforce Transformation Change Management in Chicago. You’ll lead engagements, guide change initiatives, and drive business development with a focus on Change Enablement, training, and adoption across client teams.
Day-to-day activities include project planning, risk mitigation, delivering stakeholder workshops, and mentoring staff. Travel 40–80% and collaboration with HR transformation initiatives are common.
