Job description
Lake Michigan Credit Union in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant to lead change management initiatives and advance adoption of new methodologies across the organization.
Reporting to the OE Manager, you will partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement change strategies, governance, and enablement plans that drive sustainable results.
