Job description
The Drug Enforcement Administration seeks a Chief Counsel to oversee all legal issues for DEA and to lead the Office of the Chief Counsel (CC). Under the Chief Counsel's direction, CC provides timely legal support to DEA field offices, HQ, and federal prosecutors in investigations of drug trafficking.
Candidates should demonstrate ECQs and TQs, experience leading attorneys, and the ability to communicate complex legal topics clearly to attorneys and non-attorneys alike.
