Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead clinical strategy, quality, and client experience across service lines. The role requires collaboration with executive leaders and practice leaders to elevate safety, performance, and patient outcomes.
The CNO will champion the BAYADA Way, drive high reliability practices, and oversee Infection Prevention, Quality and Performance Improvement teams. Travel 25-35% to Pennsauken, NJ is required.
