Job description
Gridsight, a growing U.S.-focused energy software company, seeks a Chief of Staff to work with the Co-Founders on the highest-priority commercial initiatives in the U.S. market.
The role is hands-on, not administrative, and aims to turn ambitious goals into measurable outcomes. Based in San Francisco or Austin, you will structure problems, own workstreams, and drive alignment across strategy, sales, partnerships, and product, enabling the founders to focus on strategic priorities.
