Job description
Forgepoint is seeking a Chief of Staff to magnify the founders' impact, turning priorities into action across the company. You will own high-leverage initiatives, drive cross-functional work, and ensure clarity and urgency as the organization scales in New York City.
You will work in person five days a week, partnering with leaders on strategy, operations, and key decisions, while maintaining a founder mindset and high standards for execution.
