Traysar is seeking a Chief of Staff in Austin, Texas. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-trust environment, acting as a strategic operator and problem-solver across various functions. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional initiatives, supporting the co-founders, and overseeing critical operational tasks.
The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience and a history of navigating complex projects. Knowledge of defense and aerospace industries is a plus, along with exceptional communication skills in Hebrew and English.
