Job description
Crucibl is seeking a strategic operator to partner with the CEO and founders, bridging high-level strategy with relentless execution as we scale from first revenue to market leadership. You will shape GTM, pricing, partnerships, and internal cadence while staying close to product and client delivery.
You'll own cross-functional initiatives across sales, delivery, and engineering, design scalable operating rhythms, and represent the founding team in key meetings.
