Job description
Sprecher Brewing Company in Glendale, Wisconsin seeks a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and executive team, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and translating strategy into action. This full-time, on-site role requires managing calendars, preparing presentations, tracking KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and driving improvements in processes and communication.
Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus. Experience in consumer packaged goods or manufacturing is beneficial.
