Job description
Deliverect is seeking a Chief of Staff in the Strategy & Ops space to join the Executive Office. You will sit in a pivotal role that ensures leadership decisions are made swiftly and consistently, and you will align metrics across dashboards, board packs, and the bank model.
You will drive alignment, execution, and operating cadence across the leadership team, management group, and the Board. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a flexible schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
