Orca Bio is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO and President in Menlo Park, California. This critical role will help improve organizational effectiveness and facilitate execution of strategic initiatives. The candidate will manage executive requests and support cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 5-8 years of experience in consulting or biopharmaceuticals, and strong project management and communication skills. Competitive compensation and benefits include a salary of $150,000 - $230,000 annually.
